Before heating: Remove outer packaging and pierce film.
During heating: After 3 minutes (800W) or 2 minutes (900W), leave to stand for 2 minutes. Microwave on full power for a further 800W 2 minutes 30 seconds 900W 2 minutes.
After heating: Allow to stand for 1 minute.
